How do I set up Repeat Delivery?

Setting up Repeat Delivery is easy! Simply:

  • On the product page, select 'Repeat Delivery' if it is available
  • Set your schedule, add to cart and checkout
  • You can manage upcoming Repeat Deliveries through your account
  • Sit back and relax!

How do I get a discount on my orders?

Set up Repeat Delivery for one of the following brands:
Advance, Be Frank, Bell & Bone, Black Hawk, Bravecto, Catsan, Eukanuba, Greenies, Hill's, Inaba, NexGard Spectra, Royal Canin, SavourLife, Supercoat, Trouble & Trix & WAG.

Can I have multiple Repeat Deliveries?

Absolutely! We recognize that different pet products are required at different times, so we've made it easy to schedule multiple Repeat Deliveries.

How can I manage my Repeat Delivery orders?

Simply log into your PetPost account and select Repeat Delivery under the account section to view your Repeat Delivery items.
You can amend your Repeat Delivery here by changing the frequency and quantity, adding or removing items, and updating your payment details.

Do I have to have an account to use Repeat Delivery?

Yes, this is required for you to monitor and amend your Repeat Delivery items.

How will I know when I'm getting my Repeat Delivery order?

You will receive an email from us three days before your order is scheduled to be sent, notifying you that we will process your order soon.
You may amend your Repeat Delivery order at this time. If it's good to go, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be on its way to your door.
