An item in my order is incorrect

Can I change the delivery address for an order that I have already submitted?

Yes, it is possible to change your delivery address once your order has been submitted, however you will need to do this quickly after you place your order and before it has been processed. Please contact our customer service team by email at info@petpost.com.au

Can I deliver to a PO Box?

Yes! We use Australia Post to deliver our orders and they deliver to both physical and PO Box addresses.

Can I ship to an international address?

No we only ship within Australia.

Delivery Charges

Free standard shipping for orders over $69*

Delivery is free to most metro and major regional areas when you spend over $69. If you don't qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost will depend on your location and the weight of your order.

Has my order been shipped out yet?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an email confirmation to let you know that it's on it's way.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order is expected to be delivered in 2-5 business days within Metro areas. Regional destinations may take up to 7 business days.

I have received a faulty item

We want you to receive top quality product, so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, let us know straight away by emailing info@petpost.com.au. We will try to resolve your faulty item issue as quickly as possible, so let us know as soon as you discover the fault. Please include as many details as possible about your order and the fault, including pictures, so we are able to provide a solution as quick as possible.
